Club Panoly Resorts, Inc. is owned by CTW Groups based in Singapore. It was a bold venture into the Philippines with a vision of establishing a world-class beach resort. On August 1987, Club Panoly Resort incorporated under the Philippines laws, undertook and carried the business of establishing owning, operating and managing a Beach Resort. In addition to this, International Vacations Corporation, a subsidiary company, was formed to act as its sole and exclusive travel agent for vacation programs.
Club Panoly resort has 55 superior and deluxe hotel rooms tastefully done in native motif, with wide windows and a private verandah. Hotel rooms are housed in 11 clusters with 5 octagonal cottages each around the resort's three and a half hectares of spaciouse grounds.
